Why is the same token listed multiple times in the options to select? Does it do anything?
There are several options for tokens that you can use in SpeedPPC. You can read about these different options here:

The main reason why they are repeated is to give you options to either use a fallback, which SpeedPPC uses if the character count is too long for the ad. Or else it transforms the case.
You can capitalize the text that the tokens insert, so it appears correctly in your ad text. This is controlled through capitalizing (or not) the first letter of the token.
{seed} – all lower caps {Seed} – capitalize the first letter of each word in the search term. {SEED}, makes it all uppercase.
For example, you may wish to use the capitalized version of the token in your headline, but the lower caps token in your ad text and/or URLs.
